My role covers the scoping of the technical solutions required to address customer requirements and recommending solutions that optimize value for both customers and the organization. It also involves securing input from all relevant stakeholders within customer organizations and adapting solutions as needed to ensure proper support. There is also coordination with internal sales, sales support, and service teams to align solutions with customer needs.
